Kristine Meldrum is an award-winning author known for her book "Parkinson's: How to Reduce Symptoms Through Exercise." As an exercise professional, she works with clients affected by Parkinson's Disease (PD) and other neurological conditions. Kristine is also the founder and president of Parkinson's Place, Iowa. She speaks nationally at Parkinson's conferences, presenting on the topic "How to Exercise to Manage and Reduce Parkinson's Symptoms." With fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry, Kristine spent a decade in the medical fitness sector before launching a comprehensive Neuro Wellness Program in 2020. She provides personalized training for clients and teaches neuro classes at Grand Living Tower Place in West Des Moines, Iowa. Additionally, she consults with organizations looking to establish neuro-wellness programs. Kristine's upcoming book, "How to Build a PD Exercise Cocktail Plan: A Professional's Companion Guidebook," will be released in the Fall of 2025, serving as a companion to her first book. Jay L. Alberts, PhD, is the Vice Chair of Innovations within the Neurological Institute at the Cleveland Clinic, holder of the Edward F. and Barbara A. Bell Family Endowed Chair, staff member in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, and holder of an appointment in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Cleveland Clinic. He has worked extensively in the development of exercise for individuals with PD. Dr. Alberts has published 100+ peer-reviewed journal articles and speaks globally on PD, technology, virtual reality, and PD exercise. Daniel M. Corcos

Daniel M. Corcos, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Physical Therapy & Human Movement Sciences at the Feinberg School of Medicine and a professor in the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. He has published extensively on the treatments for PD and how the treatments work. He has published influential papers on strength and endurance training for PWPD. He was responsible for the section on PD in the American College of Sports Medicine's Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription, 11th Edition. Dr. Corcos has published 200+ peer-reviewed journal articles and speaks globally on PD and the exercise prescription for PD exercise.
